You might want to look up the word "objective". Both plots are horribly ridiculous, in keeping with the genre cliches.

I already mentioned, both films have tremendous number of holes, that come with the territory. I don't think you can make a case one is less silly in that regard. To me the holes in a film like that don't matter - one doesn't watch a slasher for realism. But what does matter is the question of whether these B movies still have something to offer. In any department.
The Chaser has nothing in that regard, as far as I see. The Devil has strong artistic touch... therefore it wins this ridiculous competition.

ridiculous premise from the get-go and it goes WAY downhill after that. It could work as "camp," but it's too hideously violent.
