Legend of Hell House, Juon (japanese version), Dark Water (Japanese version), Kairo (Pulse) (Japanese version), Cursed (Japanese version), Shutter (Thai version), Versus, Tomie (all), ***Uzumaki***(a personal fave), Tale of Two Sisters, The Eye (HK? version), Mirrors (Korean version), Death Note, Spider Forest, Whispering Corridors (All), Forbidden Love (Korean TV series), The Heirloom (thai), The Twins effect, 999-9999 (Thai-rather gory), Green Snake (not sure of this title), Moon Over Tao.
There are lots of others I'm forgetting.

PS. 1408 is a good Hollywood horror flick-no gore etc, but good atmosphere.

I would add The Haunting, a timeless movie of classic unseen horror. See the 1963 version.

  That said, Thailand did contribute quite a few movies to the wave of Asian Horror in the 2000's. Generally not as good as the best Japanese or Korean horror, but they did make a few good ones.
