Which is Gillian Anderson's quick assessment of Belfast as she dodges rocks from an assembled crowd angry with the police. Anderson plays a souless bitch criminal investigator on loan to the Belfast police to help investigate the unsolved murders of two attractive professional women. As she begins digging into the cases more bodies start piling up proving her serial killer theory. This is a very well done mystery series filled with tons of character development and put together in such a way that it has both pace and insights. We see Anderson, the killer, and attendant characters weaving through the story showing us how complicated they are.
The sad thing is that Netflix is carrying season one which is only five hours long. By the end of the last episode we see that Anderson and the killer will now make it personal between them as the story continues.
Very good...take a look.

I know Brit Actors can drop their accent, wonder if her's is real? Don't know where she is from...
She's bi-dialectal. She switches depending on audience.
Listen to her in "the Fall" with the volume up. Upper
class English accent with soft vowels...
...I was in love with Gillian Anderson.
It's almost enough to get me to stream Netflix.
Very good Actress, and gets more beautiful every year!
...I saw her in the 2007 film, "Closure" and even she couldn't save it from being horrible.
you will be surprised . . .
...I knew she was playing against her character as the buttoned-down Scully.
How did you know that? There was no real bio on her for many years. This is not the place for stupid arguments.
...I read articles about her.
They said she was kind of a hippie and believed in things more like Mulder's character did.
Being Class Clown and Most Likely To Get Arrested surprised me as well as lyning about her age by six years to become Scully.
