Gonna call Alan Dershowitz... I smell large case there!
The movie was one huge snoozer...
Follow Ups:
Delaware has very favorable laws for incorporation. EVery american ship I ever sailed was registered in delaware, not a state famous for a seafaring tradition.
I talked to a guy who went to pick up some papers for a shipping agent, and he said each corporation was just a mailbox at a central desk. Each ship is a separate corporation , for liability reasons, although might be run under a name of a group, like sea land, or delta lines.
All my unemployment checks were always from Delaware. I went touring, they sent the checks. I had a special out of state claims guy, who mostly only worked with sailors, so it was very well run and easy. Delaware, being east coast, paid slightly better than my home state, california.
Since I live in Delaware I am familiar with our state's standing. I might go and check the address they give in the movie, it is not far.
It just so happened that in two days our small state was mentioned twice in two different movies. Like "Wow!"... :)

I knew very well that what I said was common knowledge, but thinking didn't kick in , at least not fast enough to counter act my need to type, about me.
Unfortunately for most, i try to elaborate my replies be throwing in something beyond just a simple answer, shooting for some kind of added interest.
Not the first time I have missed a simple understanding, but at least I took a swing, thanks for the kind reply.
for some reason, I seem to think everyone on the web was born yesterday. I guess if one reads enough stupid stuff it leaves an impression. either that, or it is rubbing off on me, and it is starting to show.
