Excellent show. If you have any interest in Japan it's worth watching just for that. I've rarely seen a movie or show that does such a good job of showing you what someplace is like.
The ending was unremarkable... it just kind of stopped. I can't imagine we won't be seeing 'season 2' sooner or later.

Liked the Tokyo setting, the music, the visuals. A bit less enamored with the story. Drug gangs fighting for territory- seen that countless times. A few too many personal dramas, some of which go nowhere, like his ailing sister in Missouri. I was hoping for some resolution, but as you say, it just kind of stops with everything still pending. Liked it well enough, but not something I waited for, as I do Better Call Saul.
I enjoyed the Tokyo setting and found the show well balanced between characters, subplots and action. You may also enjoy Drive My Car, a long, quiet film set in and around Hiroshima. It shows the city as well country side.
And a budding fan of Tokyo culture. What I liked about LIT is that it transports you to nighttime Tokyo like no other picture I've ever seen. Looking forward to seeing "Tokyo Vice."
controversial director, Gaspar Noe. I certainly wasn't bored...
Yes Indeed Enter the Void certainly not for the faint hearted!-not one to forget easily.
Pity "Map of the Sounds of Tokyo" didn't live up to Void, but worth one viewing for the seedy
I don't know that anyone OTHER than Bill Murray could have done that script justice.......
Too much is never enough
And Scarlett Johansson's not so bad either. I'm happy that the two do not have a sexual relationship; I think that would have cheapened the movie.
