I thought I would give a shout-out to this Hulu show. It's in its second season, and it kind of crept up on my list.
It stars Steve Martin, Martin Short and Selena Gomez as 3 residents of a very ritzy New York City coop building. In the first season, there is a murder in the building and these 3 join up to do a podcast, in the process solving the murder. The 2nd season involves yet another murder in the building, and the 3 are now suspects, and again podcasting.
It has grown on me. It is kind of great to see Steve Martin and Martin Short playing neurotic oddballs, and Selena Gomez is a great younger partner. The star power is high- this season Shirley MacLaine showed up and Tina Fey has become a regular character. The production value is high- I watch it in 4K, which is sharp and clear, and the music is well done as well.
Mostly, it's well written, with lots of sharp one liners passing back and forth, in the spirit of old screwball comedies. The plot is not the point here, it is about the characters. It is short, just 30 minutes, and it's a nice quick diversion that I enjoy.

obsession with Selena Gomez.... She is the total package, smoking hot looks, good actress, and a competent singer. If you haven't seen Woody Allen's A Rainy Day In New York with Gomez, Timothee Chalamet, Jude Law, Liev Schreiber and Elle Fanning, I highly recommend it! I became aware of her listening to her music in retail stores and my interest started there... She reminds me a little of a young Linda Ronstadt. Not her voice of course but her look... I do love Only Murders In The Building though in spite of the fact that I have always found Martin Short to be somewhat annoying. Here he is perfectly cast. Martin is great as always...
I'll give it a shot for a few reasons. One; not that I use RT as a judge by which to watch or not, but they give it 100%. And Selena...
