Follow Ups:
Noyce one. (?) The one with Donald Sutherland. I thought it was very scary, a paranoia roller coaster ride, and that was all I wanted from it.
Phillip Kaufman directed the stylish 1978 remake. Kevin McCarthy's cameo is an inspired moment, like he's spent 23 years running from Santa Mira.
i think the first one was excellent but the remake from 78 was outstanding.
.
When Meg Tilly (?) goes "over" and she tells her husband not to fight, that there's no escape, that was one very chilling moment. Forest Whitaker was good as well. Doesn't get the kudos that 1 & 2 do, but a damn solid effort well worth seeking out.
Things are looking great
And they're only getting better
In Agnes of God she was so heartbreakingly beautiful. Just perfect. She alwys looked like she was wasted, part of her charm. Similar to the absolutely perfect Joanne Whalley.
