its SCARY!!! I don't like porn because thew women always have to appear in pain, I don't watch slasher movies if women are being killed (mysogeny makes me nuts) but I LIKE The Hitcher. Did you know that Hauer was so intense on the set that C. thomas Howell would not go near him, thinking he was a genuine nut?

It is SO CLEVERLY written, with the twists and turns, you can tell a sick but clever mind wrote it. Eric Red's real end (killing people, attempted suicide) lets you know he was both.
