Watched it last night and I'm going back again on the weekend. Been a long time since I've seen a North American film that is as totally engrossing as this piece of work is.

There were lots of great movies in 2007 but this is ne plus ultra for me.

Going to grab the book as well.

...while DDL was excellent, I found the film and sound track both to be very irritating.

I know the critics love it, but have a hard time understanding why.

And at the end, I thought it was ultimately pointless - and a 3 hour waste of time.

Never thought of him, even for a minute, as DDL. And that Dana dude played one creepy character.

This is one that deserves multiple viewings. My film of the year by quite a bit.
