A stop and go film, repetitive, go back and forth, in the taste of today movie makers.
Boring.
The plot?
Brutal, bloody, who did a film like that?
It look like a Greek tragedy, but it has no mark from the Gods.
Recommended for masochists.

The story failed on a few levels. I think you needed to see (in flashbacks) the lives of the brothers, to give a better idea of who these loser brothers were. It would have made all the difference to know them before they were horrible adults. Maybe that's where the film could have reached tragic status. But I thought the movie was better than you did.
