I seem to have a weakness for light hearted euro-gangster flicks.

Follow Ups:
I thought his off-beat psychopathic hitman was a real punch up for the movie and could have used more screen time.
was really good in Schindler's List. Very subtly played and damned creepy and he had some of that attitude in Bruges. Agreed he was very good and also played well off Brenden Gleason.
thanks

...did you miss this?

Ralph Fiennes as the king hit man was as looney as they get and with a high code of honour (among thieves).
I saw him in a movie the other day called Bernard and Doris - a period piece about Doris Duke(Susan Sarandon) on HBO. Fiennes plays her gay (queen type) butler.
I've enjoyed seeing him take on a very wide array of roles over the years.
You'll laugh your ass off for hours afterwards. It's positively giddy.
What's not to like?

just as good food and booze.
When did you eavesdrop on my conversations with my family? Are you insane?

there are others who are hell bent on beating this movie down, as it does have some dark moments, but I am glad some enjoyed it and spread the word as well. I enjoyed Collin Farrells performance his character was not very bright but then the sudden outbursts of violence or a quick wit was funny to me.
thanks
