I made ten minutes. Evey western movie clichet' ever, the marshall going after the escaped convict who kills the marshall's wife and kid, the Mexican-American who is losing his land to the sneaky land baron, terrible acting by everyone on board, especially the wife who has no acting talent at all.
When you, the sheriff, hear the convict who wants to kill you has escaped nearby; always leave your wife and kid with the doors unlocked. What's less than no stars?
Follow Ups:
"The Pledge" had Jack Nicholson and was not a western. "The Missing" kind of sucked though...
Baba-Booey to you all!
I kinda sorta liked the Nicholson movie. but then I like everything he is in except the BL.
.
I will watch anything with him exept Bucket List and that excruciating one where is a crotchety guy who gets anger management. And Terms of Endearment I hated, although he was good, treeckle (sp?). The wife in pledge is one of the worst actresses I have ever seen. Terrible. No affinity for acting.

THE PLEDGE (2008)
In the Old West, Sheriff Matt Austin discovers the murder of his wife and son by a vicious psychopath was in fact a calculated move on the part of an evil land baron who wanted to take the Austin family's land. Former heartthrobs Luke Perry and C. Thomas Howell go head-to-head in this thrilling Western.
forum to forum wirting the same nonsense. I regret that my posting here prompts him to shit on your lawn. Imagine what he would tarnish your board with were I to defend child molestors.
BTW: The reptition of his posts; and preoccupation with my supposed drinking (I rarely do) are always a sign of an alcoholic.
