very much like Shoot Em Up.

Way over the top, tongue in cheek all the way, camera angles that will snap your head off.

Angelina Jolie is not in the movie that much - darn,

James McAvoy is - darn.

This movie had some of the best effects and stunts yet.

Overall pretty good MINDLESS fun, if you liked Shoot Em Up go see it.

A movie whose premise is, well, I really can't say that as it would be a huge spolier, let's just say it was the most inventive method of detrmining assassinees ever contrived. Totally unbelievble but so was the Matrix, which this reminded me of more than a little.
And yes, Jolie is a scene stealer.

      A couple of Joe Normals are taken by forces formerly unbeknownst to them, almost mythical in nature, and are taught to use skills they never dreamed of having. A lot more similarity than just over the top. The element of betrayal was much more strongly played out in Wanted as the head weaver (a black dude) was the instigator of betrayal whereas in the MAtrix the head dude was also black but the turncoat was a secondary character (IIRC).
