Rules Of The game is probably my fave film of all time, although that's a pretty darned good list.Although I don't mind Children Of The Paradise in the least, I was surprised to see it so far ahead of L'Atalante a more than a little shocked to see how far down in the voting the Renoir's masterpiece was. :-(

I feel "Rules" has stood the test of time better than "Kane". I am also mildly surprised "The Grand Illusion" didn't make a French top ten. Maybe they wanted to "spread the wealth?"
