I've always considered Woody Allen a very "hit + miss" director, and a constantly "miss" actor; being about the most annoying screen presence ever
Thank God; he's not in this film

Thought Barcelona was well acted + entertaining with some stylish cinematography

Fluff, but with enough going on to maintain a decent pace + level of interest

Definitely More "Hit" than "Miss", enjoyed this

I enjoyed this movie as well. For me it was most interesting to see Javier Bardem in a role so opposite of his role in No Country.

virtually devoid of content...and yet...nice scenery, nicely photographed, attractive people. Not the worst way to spend a couple of hours. But where has his writer's wit gone? He once wrote clever and funny and unique dialogue.
