No much to say about, beside quite boring but fully professionally made, it was no wit, but well played, but we know that Steep and Tucci are from the cream of the cream, the top of the top.
One big error still I must state: NEVER cute the end of an " artichaut " like this.
Always break it with your both hands. It takes the hard fiber out.
Follow Ups:
The "men" in the film served narcissistic women. Usually it's the other way around.
Basically, I thought it was a waste of time.
...and less Julie.
I was a big fan of Julia's.
Bought one of here French cook books in the 1970s and made some interesting stuff.
Then I saw her in person in about 1980 doing a cooking demonstration at the Macy's in SF. Learned the easy way to mince garlic.
I hadn't read her biography so the stuff about Cordon Bleu was very interesting.
Well the film jumps ( hops ) from one figure to the other which may some time work and so other not.
Here it did not.
I look at youtube for the real Julia and recognized the parody of Mrs. Streep.
I was not aware of Julia.
I prefer to crush garlic, the very young one the one we got now. Just under the blade of a large knife.
spoken in Julia Child's voice of course
thanks
Phil
Of course.
Tchao.
Streep could play Julia Child in her sleep...it was a little like watching a world class figure skater do a program of (relatively) easy but graceful jumps. You know she can do so much more.
I do think Amy Adams is a very promising talent, though-she was very impressive in both Enchanted and Doubt (also with Streep).

I've never had to suffer through an episode of Sex and the City, thankfully!

Yes of course! But they look alike.
Sex in the City was mostly fun.
Are you prudish?
Plus, I can't stand to look at Sarah Jessica Parker, aka, the love child of a filly and John Kerry :)

I found it freshly the European way.
Not the film who was terribly bad.
You mean Mirinda from Sex in the city?
