This film works on many levels: thriller; social commentary; political commentary; history. Haneke is a pensive, intelligent fellow and with this film, he achieved art. Previously, he was a kind of DePalma for the intellectual crowd.

It is a masterpiece. But one whose one vision suffice for all time.
A love hate maybe.
But one ONE must see.

        No I did not. I think Victor did not recommend it....
        But beside the irony, he is just on the dark side and since Julia�s death I prefer the lighter side...
