And trash it is, but if you are into the lotsa shooting with lotsa running plus plenty of cruelty, all based on some crappy premise, and your mother in law already left, everyone's gone to bed and the house quiet but you can't sleep... well, this trash just might work.
Do I derive special pleasure from recommending something rated close to the bottom? You betcha... and one more thing - I watched this in HD... I am sure you would get even more creeps by going BR!
The film is not without new discoveries. I have not exactly been the student of teenage slashers, but I suspect there has been constant shortage of new ways of making your fellow human being suffer... well, there are a couple of them in this film...

This and Catacombs (2007) have really been the only modern teen slasher type films I've watched..
since I always leave them feeling as I myself have been violated in unmentionable ways I tend to forgo the genre.. what Citibank does to me viz their credit cards is far more horrifying anyway..

  I am not looking for a teen slasher, I can't watch them, but I sometimes watch what should be loosely defined as action flicks. I don't like graphic violence, and gratuitous doesn't work for me. As part of an action I can take some, but there must be a plot.
