...saw this delightful Wes Anderson film last night.Terrific cast of quirky characters doing strange things in an interesting place that leaves your heart warmed at the end.
Like I said - Wes Anderson, at his best.

but persevered and got a few good chuckles. Wes Anderson can wear me flat out in no time. He is not the new Woody and really has nothing to say. I loved 'Rushmore' and it has been downhill ever since. 'The Royal T's' was okay but a full 45 minutes too long. Finally, 'Mr Fox' got the Gritsy Best Work To Date award.
I have a problem with child actors who aren't ready. If Wes wanted his leads to be so lifeless I think he made a mistake.
...of "Fox", but I liked it better.
Maybe it was the real people.
Those kids were perfect - perhaps you've never been around 12 year olds.
Reminded me of Gweneth Paltrow in Tennenbaums but had a lesser range of emotions to convey. Still, a very good debut.FTR, we really enjoyed the flick.

Great to hear. The wife and I were going to see this yesterday (Father's Day) but it's not showing near us yet.
