sneaking up on Brody as he was escaping the Kurds? On the Iraqui side of the border. Sighhhh. I found myself suspending disbelief more often that I like this last season.Yea, that Quinn, he's a Helluva shot eh?
What happened to the mole referenced in Season 1?
What happened to the search for the real Langley bomber? The guy they took out in the hotel room, was that the f'n result of that hunt?Oh well, can't wait for S4 despite all the sillyness of S3.
I do think the end of Brody's story arc was fitting as the flawed hero gained a measure of redemption by his actions in General Ahkbari's office.

we are just an american viewing audience after all
LOL
But speaking of the audience and how the producers treat us... I would recommend to the writers at least some low level reading on how the totalitarian societies operate.
According to them, if I were a Beria's deputy, and introduced to him someone, and that someone somehow managed to kill Beria, I would then take his place.
Clearly, they are playing us for total ignorant idiots. Any such plot would have resulted in MASSIVE purges and slaughter, not promotion.
This is totally idiotic idea, clearly the product of some pot smoking Hollywood imbeciles.
The only remaining tiny bit of interest in the show is the interplay between Saul and Lockhart, plus the character of Quinn... the rest is just plain kaka.

One would think Javadi would be prime suspect # 1. He stands to gain from Ahkbari's death, he introduces them, as you said, he's just freekin returned from the USA to recruit Carrie fer Chrissakes.
