A reviewer I trust says it has an essentially demo-level DTS-HD MA 7.1 audio track. I may quibble with his SQ rating (when I hear it...) but not with the fact that it's there. There is a DD 2.0 track "optimized" for late-night viewing too. Looking forward to getting this BD, was always a fan of the book (which may be a problem, usually is).
Follow Ups:
The only disc format that I see in imdb fits the Netflix disc that I got which is only DD. No dts-MA. I wonder whether this is a ripoff by Netflix? Blockbuster used to have their custom cheap copies which did not match the boxes on the sound formats. The box would say dts, but that was not on their "rental" discs. BB said that it would cost too much to print accurate boxes. It turns out, it was too expensive to defraud people. One reason that they went out of business.
If Neflix is getting "special" rental cheaper copies, then that defeats 1/2 of the purpose of Blu ray. I'm trying to make sure that the studios don't succeed in duping everyone, if they are starting that again like they did with Blockbuster. It was interesting that one of the ads or some part of the disc was dts-MA, but not the movie. Definitely something fishy there.
Let me know if you can confirm that normal Blu rays of this movie have dts-MA. If so, I will try to complain to Netflix. I try not to deal with fraudulent businesses.

That's why I didn't quote what the Canadian disc package says (saw at Target), but rather an American reviewer, though it's *extremely rare* that we get better than you guys. I actually got my own copy in the mail shortly after I responded here. :)
If somebody has ideas on how to fight this scam, please let me know.
This corporate greed was one reason I helped to put BB out of business (by not giving them mine). One option would be to open a higher quality competitor. I read in the link below that Redbox is also doing this, so I call dibs on the name Bluebox. We will only offer Blu rays discs, with full audio and video quality.
Update: I called Netflix for the first time, and the person in the States understood why somebody bothering with a blue ray disc might want top quality audio to go along with the 1080p video. It would help if anyone else for whom this is a showstopper would also call them and/or post on the net. I also pay extra for blu ray discs and will request a refund or class action lawsuit for partial fulfillment of this on the part of Netflix.
I have no problem having to buy a disc to get the extras, but to get only part of the movie itself is completely unacceptable to me. Netflix: such practices contributed to Block Buster's demise. This practice will end the loyalty of some customers that you have had for years.

"I'd like to own a squadron of tanks"
But something like buying a hybrid SACD that has only the CD layer is what I call fraud. To me, fraud is not small stuff.
A class action? Really? What court is going to grant class action status?
