what happened to the female doctor?
Did he ice her? I wasn't sure what happened when she was put down on the floor if her neck was cracked or what: she never reappeared. And was she eating them doggies? That may have pushed him over the edge? And… strange his dog was the cause of so much carnage, wasn't it?
I thought the supporting guy was perfect, as much strength as a half-wit could have, really.

I wonder why he didn't find time to "get a little"? Was the car that important? He could have had a nice setup in that oasis from total misery.
He didn't appear to have much interest after he dealt w/his wife, I'd guess.
