Heard on a talk show, she said she has the "fat gene", when talking with Chris Pratt who said he also had it. I think movie people must have cast iron willpower and/or good drug counselors. Casting her as a Bolshoi dancer must have meant a celery and V8 diet for months.

  Portman was more the type in Black Swan, but she wasn't entirely right either. Ballet seems to be a very hard and exacting discipline, which is far from open to all.

  There was a girl in college that I lusted/loved (get in line) who had a buxom curvy figure. She was a transfer from Indiana University's ballet program; having been told that she wasn't the ballet type.
  She chose to be a librarian.
