...5 high school buddies have been playing tag since middle school.Now for the month of May each year the game continues as it has for 30 years, except one of them has never been tagged "it".
Based on a true story with the real guys seen at the end.
If you read the reviews this is either the funniest movie of the year or the lamest.
I'd say it's somewhere in between - it is somewhat entertaining but not that funny. They guys don't seem to have much chemistry together and Jeremy Renner seems miscast.
If you like Ed Helms, go see it because it's his movie.

I saw a segment about the real guys on one of the Sunday morning shows and wondered why they were airing such a lame story,I guess I missed the movie plug, know I know why.

I heard some reviewers say they were surprised at the quality of the movie. Good for the movie.
I never got that worked up over movies about halarious hijinks while male bonding.
I have been seriously disappointed with this summer's releases so far. I'm not ravaging my Movie Pass like last year.
I'll probably try this one any way. The trailers looked mildly entertaining. (But, we know how that goes.)

Since I'm a huge stoopid movie fan (beginning with Animal House) I enjoyed this one somewhat. Things taken to cinematic extremes amuse me. But, the depressing thing was all the sad sacks who actually played this for thirty years as shown during the credits.
...too bad they don't make movies as funny as Animal House anymore.
