Most grandiose stunts of the series but that's what the series is predicated on. Pretty much the same old thing, only a bit better. No acting breakthroughs, plot a bit more complex, and stunts as far as they could take them--for the moment.
Not really anything to discuss other than visiting the concession counter and strapping in for another brisk ride.

I like her looks and she accidentally got the role when Jessica Chastain had a conflict. I can't imagine that scrawny, wet poodle doing believable stunts that Ferguson pulled off. Methinks Ferguson was the right choice in the first place.
Though I've come to appreciate his movies of the past 15 years he remains a very limited actor
who is only tolerable because he too seems to realize those very same limitations yet has managed
to put them to good use.
Previous to that he was frequently miscast in what would have otherwise been MUCH better movies minus him.

most notably A Few Good Men, War Of The Worlds, Risky Business, Top Gun, Born On The Fourth Of July and the MI series (though some were better than others).
Well they do share the common experience of being called out as homosexuals, which in Tracy's case , is reported to be true. Sadly, he had conflicts with that reality, even staging an affair with the also gay Katharine Hepburn, also gay, while he was married, to throw off the scent of gay scandal.
some time ago, i asked my ticket taker is the movie I was about to see was any good. She smiled and replayed, "Tom Cruise always delivers". I had to think twice on that one , since i always slighted the guy for personal reasons. But as I thought about her opinion , I had to agree, from risky business to the latest , it is undeniable , the guy delivers .
...for emotional engagement, great screenplay writing or Oscar level acting.
The one shot panning action scenes with Cruise doing his own stunts, one outdoing the next is what it's all about.
Sounds fun.
