The one they feature on the home page usually are B- flicks. Guess Ill have to search for known titles. Seem to have a better chance with foregn and indie.
Follow Ups:
Looks like Netflix is focusing primarily on series - but still, a wider choice of movies would be great indeed... I keep roaming trift stores and flea markets looking for 1 euro DVDs in the meantime!
A nice, quiet (if that's possible), take on a pandemic down under (and possibly worldwide)

I watched Molly's Game last night on blu-ray. I found it to be well acted, interesting, and it stayed on target. Not a great film but I did enjoy it.

I have read of the one you mentioned --on the "Game" series if by chance you come across
"Harry's Game"-- from the 80's British TV on the IRA troubles--it is one of the most gripping and
in depth Picture of the times --leaves Patriot Games for dead!
Music is great too!

Liked it a lot. Now I want a sequel, a small town romance. Good scope I feel. No violence.
Cheers

I suppose their business model is to flood the page with garbage for which they did not have to pay much. Volume over quality. The only good film on that pitiful list for years has been Cinema Paradiso. They keep it there, just like the Soviets used to keep two Jews in their government.
For now I am keeping Netflix as the good source of old films on DVD's.
