Though Black Mirror can be hit or miss, some of the episodes are my cup of tea so I was excited to see a new Black Mirror episode "Bandersnatch" on Netflix.
After wrestling with the preview 5 times I realized my "smart" TV wouldn't play it because it was "interactive" my TV was presumably too "old". My i-Pad was too old too... After looking online I found it doesn't function on Apple TV either (I don't have that).
I mean ... for crying out loud!! Do I need to update or modify my electronics to watch the damn thing?

We have the video from our Mac Mini hooked up to the pre-pro via HDMI (and from there to our "not smart" TV, also via HDMI) and the audio hooked up through a MCh DAC. We found it pretty entertaining to make the choices (via mouse clicks) through the episode. I liked it better than Ms. CfL did, and, depending on which choice you made at various points, the story would shift from serious and horrific to over the top and humorous. In general, I thought it was pretty imaginative and even Ms. CfL found it entertaining. (I was controlling the mouse, but she was making the choices - as it should be! - LOL!)

Hey, I had to join Netflix just to watch seasons 3 and 4, which weren't as good as 1 and 2. We ahven't seen the new episode yet.
