      The fact that you're jazzed about a couple of new BD releases is fine, but emphasizing BD titles in a thread specifically discussing a hot single inventory HD release that someone else is excited about places your post squarely in the "fan-boy" area. Are you trying out for 'cheerleader' here like ZS KEKL did over on the Hi-Rez boards or what?

        I'll enjoy CE3K and Oldboy. They just arrived yesterday and CE3K was awesome...I'll be sure to let you know how Oldboy is.

        Close Encounters came out last week, and Oldboy the week before. He can't stand people enjoying HD DVD. Rather childish really.
        FWIW, I own both of them, and Star Trek has a better PQ then either one.

          I was just sharing what I was excited about...I really did just get both titles in my mailbox yesterday and watched CE3K last night. I thought the PQ was fantastic and liked that the grain was left in. It really bothers me when they try to digitally clean it up. Takes the life out of the picture. I guess some folks like that.
