All the article does is "suggest" Paramount probably has an "Out" clause that they may or may not exercise. Though I'd be surprised if they don't exercise it as soon as legally possible.

        Basically they're damned if they do support blu-ray (because of their previous position) and damned if they don't. I certainly don't fault them for keeping their mouths shut.
