well, this seems to be the trend in our stores, and I might add that it surprised me how many average consumers knew about the Warner news. Some had heard this on the news, on CNN or Foxnews, others in their local newspapers. We have made our decision for our 8 Minnesota stores. We are putting all hd-dvd players and movies and rental movies on clearance, and devoting everything to Blu-ray now. Our sale started Monday and with
hd-dvd players at $99, we have sold 3 this week at all stores, with heavy advertising. I am starting to wonder if I am going to be stuck with 200-some units. This past week, we sold 378 Playstations, and 512 Stand-alone Blu-ray players, and a whopping 4684 blu-ray movies (as compared to 612 hd-dvd's that were half price). We decided to go strictly with blu-ray so we can devote all promoting to the format now, and convince customers who are still unsure that they can be comfortable with their purchase now that Blu-ray commands 80% studio support. I think we will do better this way. With both formats showing, it only caused confusion."
The HD DVD spin these days is made to sell those 300.000 to 500.000 players, that are in the Toshiba pipeline. Even if Toshiba stop buying parts today, these excisting parts and shipped by seafreight players must be sold.
Prices on HD DVD players can drop to $60 in the summer 2008.

Probably this is some Jizz Intimate impersonator anyway being funny.
Yes, the unending parade of messages on one theme can be be a bit much, but I have found Ole will respond thoughtfully to questions posed, sometimes with surprising answers. For example, he would have bought an HD DVD player if he could have bought one with the deal I got when I bought it, a deal not available in Europe at that time.
