Double dips are very common among regular DVDs, too. If Fox was not releasing new titles, this might be significant. But of course Fox is releasing new titles. Big nonissue.

Follow Ups:
Since those are 1.0 discs, there's a good chance they may be rerelesed later as 1.1 or 2.0 versions. People who like extras, may wish to hold off on buying BDs for a while. I recommend those people wait.

...what the heck live 2.0 interaction am I gonna want to participate in for Butch Cassidy or Master & Commander???? Somehow I don't think the studio is producing a video game for me to play along with Jack & Stephen on board the Surprise!
I just want the same extras I have on the DVD and that were presumably on the heretofore exclusive HD-DVD. If they aren't in HD, I'll live.
I'm buying a hi def MOVIE. Not a hi def movie and video game.
Jack, most people buy a movie to...watch the movie.
Most people don't care about java-enabled content, let alone decimal places--2.0 designations vs 1.1.
DVDs have been issued and reissued and re-reissued frequently, with totally new bonus content. This has been going on for 10 years. It's normal studio behavior. This is a simple progression of that. Sure, you can whine about the format "not being finalized" or other hysterical claims, but those aren't accurate. It's up to the studio what content to include.
