in your roof and no threats of wind damage. Keep us posted.

No ugly dish mounted on your house! It's the main reason I have digital cable instead of satellite.
I'd think this inside the window idea should work, but I wonder if diffractions from the glass (particularly if it's that old style wavy glass) would mess things up. Or if there's a divider on the window (for a slider for example), if something that small can do harm.
Great idea, hopefully for others in similar circumstances he can post results in a new post.
pretty restrictive including no RV parking, no shade tree mechanics, no outside storage buildings and no television or radio antennas or large satellite dishes. To comply with the FCC they do allow DBS dishes. Mine is mounted so it isn't visible from the street. I would prefer not to have it at all.
Instead I just live the hood. :)
OK, it's not too bad, but the people right across the street have had an enclosed trailer parked on their front lawn for, hmm, 3 years now. I'd love no RV parking, shade tree mechanics, storage buildings, etc. PLEASE.
No storage buildings on my street, but I think we have the rest covered! Grrr. :)
