my living room is only 12x20 with almost 20 speakers in it.I read some where that no early reflections are better.So now I have 4 speakers 1 foot from my ears.All I have to do is adjust the volume in those speakers.I like the sound better

OK, all speakers are 1 foot from your ears. Assumming they are all equall distance apart and the same speakers it would not matter wich speakers are used as the fronts as much as moving your head an in or two in any direction. Maybe you could just turn around.

Seems a bit extreme but maybe it sounds great:)
