  A couple of side notes
  
  It doesn't have the last memory play back feature. Once it is shut off, the next day it will start from the beginning of the disc. It could be annoying when watching last season's "24", for example.
  
  Sherwood and JVC make similar looking unit. I don't know who is the OEM.

  Very good DVD playback. OK BD playback. But it does it all..something to think about.
