I need a piece of hardware (1) which has multiple inputs for HDMI cables, AV cables, satellite cables, etc.; and (2) which transports that signal wirelessly to its sister component. That sister component would, in turn, have 1 HDMI output for connection to the 1080p t.v. The goal is to have the DVD, VCR, Satellite Box, etc. in another location in the house. Does this technology exist and, if not, why not?

  The company sites the price of $1500 retail not inline with the economy at the present. So production was halted. Too bad..seems like a nice tool!
  If you could locate one on the used or refurbish market, that would be the ticket.
