Yup..those cheerleaders are the real incentive! lol
Looks like it is Sony and ESPN partnering up for 3D.
There's a two page article coming out tomorrow in the Wall Street Journal about how Sony is sinking its money and power into the future of 3D.

There's some fierce competition arising between the giant electronic makers over who will bring 3D to homes first! It will be interesting to see how it turns out.
Competition should bold well for consumers!Sony promises a free software upgrade to PS3 users by the summer. They really want people to jump on the 3D wagon!

Sounds like the kiss of death. Beta, SACD.....they bet the future on these as well. Great technology company that makes terrible business decisions.

  I don't know Blu ray started off not so great. It seems to be taking off now.Sony admits it actually played down Bluray at the beginning. With the introduction of 3D gaming and live 3D..Sony may well come out on top with this one. I guess only time will tell..

    they are inventors.years ago I bought there ultimate tv recorder.it had web tv recording with d.t.v.rca made one too.they were completly different.the rca one sucked.returned it & got the sony.it also had picture in picture built in it.
    mch dvd-a mch sacd & blu-ray concerts rule.
