You can get a suitable calibration disc for less than $10 or you can use the calibration suite included on many Disney DVDs/BDs for free.
Or, if you are in my neighborhood, I can lend you one but taxi fare is likely to be more than $10.

  I have several calibration discs. They aren't as good as a professional calibration, but they beat the hell out of the set straight out of the box.
