Whenever I Stream movies. I can stream a 2 minute preview and set the Audio to PCM. If I decide to stream the movie, the TV reverts back to Dolby Digital. Very frustrating. I would like to permanently set my Audio to PCM. Does anyone here know how to do this?Cut-Throat

They didn't fix my problem, but they were there on a Sunday and remote accessed my TV and Duplicated my Problem. They said I would get a call back on Tuesday for a Solution.
I was impressed!... Maybe they'll tell me that's just the way it works. Or it would be great if they could download a fix to me. We'll see. Anyway great customer service.

Hmm, I wonder what else Samsung might remote access your smart TV for? Does your TV have a built-in camera for Skype? What type of programming do you watch? I suspect Samsung might know. ;-)
Actually, you have to set the TV for Remote access and it only works for one time. You have to give the tech a one-time code, so that he can get in.

I am not sure, but I would write an email to Samsung. Some electronics are made to "think or assume" for us and I don't like it either. I do like how we can update "firmware" with a usb cable however.
