Apple TV Hook-up

I just got an Apple tv streamer and I see that it has hdmi and optical outputs. I would like to run the hdmi out to my Samsung tv and audio out to my sherwood amp that only has rca inputs. Is there a device that would convert toslink to analog (rca)? Or am I missing something? Any ideas?

Yes it's called a digital to analog converter (DAC). Google toslink to analog converter or optical to analog converter

    The Fiio D3 does this very well for the absurdly low price of about $30.
