This may be true with DVI on some CRT tv's but isn't it true that the latest sets bypass the A/D D/A conversion resulting in superior picture even on a CRT set?

I can't say for sure that this is the case with my early 16:9 CRT tv but given that 720p and 1080i upscaling is available only via DVI from my Denon DVD player, I do see a big difference here with DVI over standard 480p via component video connections.
