I have one, for its region free abilities, as well as its upscaling. My Toshiba HD-A1 is better at upscaling, but the Oppo is OK. AS previously mentioned, th HD-A20 is in that price range, and a very good upscaler-you don't even have to get any HD DVDs if you don't want.
