why do you think...

there was such a great sale at Wal-Mart this weekend on the PS3 to specifically include movies? It was to increase the awareness of the PS3 among all potential buyers that it is a Blu-ray movie player as well. And by putting 10 free Blu-ray movies in the hands of those buyers and offering them 5 more free Blu-ray movies by mail, I think they'll get the message across that the PS3 = games and Blu-ray movies.
