Has anyone tried the firmware upgrade download for the HD-20?

Burned to disc? Any problems? I downloaded but of course cannot burn it to disc because Windows Vista crashes each time you use Roxio 9 for Vista!!!
Vista crashes withe every burn CD program, BTW>
