Below is a link to monoprice.com (excellent service, quality products) and their page of HDMI-to-DVI cables (HDMI connector on one end, DVI connector on the other). The 3ft model is $5.51 or, if you want to splurge, the 6ft model is $7.28 (just make sure you have enough dinero for shipping (a whopping $4).

Also, make sure the video card will output a resolution and refresh rate that your CRT monitor can handle.
