You do not think of Kirk Douglas and Peter Lorre as "Disney" actors, but are very good in "Leagues."

And you don't think of David Lynch and Disney in the same thought either but remember "The Straight Story".

  That was a very good film. I always wondered if Farnsworth, who prided himself on having never uttered a swear word in his film career, ever saw a Lynch film. A true gem, and one of the few G rated non cartoons.

    He was very ill at the time of filming and I think it added to his performance rather than detract from it. I love to introduce folks to this one.
    True to form, director Lynch forbade chapter encoding on the DVD, the only one I've seen without chapters.
