A colossal piece of crap.On the other hand it spawned this review - and the review is more fun than the sequels prequels and is highly rewatchable.
So I credit George Lucas for resulting in this review!

went to a sneak peek preview in Westwood, CA. in May of 1977.... I have seen ALL the films countless times and I agree with you that Phantom Menace was a POS... However, having said that I also feel that each trilogy has had a stinker episode Phantom Menace being from the prequels, Return Of The Jedi from the middle section, and The Last Jedi from the recent trilogy (assuming that JJ Abrams will right the ship for the final installment)...
Star Wars was vastly superior to the prequels - I watched all three prequels - well 2 and 1/3 I guess - but all the prequels to me were pretty awful.
The fight scene is where Plinkett makes his best case and talks about all the prequels.
George lost his way.
edit: Make that five including Solo .I really enjoyed Rogue One which might be considered Episode 3 1/2 as its final scene leads directly to E4. I found some memorable characters (including a former Empire droid).
It also has a wonderful soundtrack especially in 96/24. The first track, "He's Here For Us" opens with a startle-the-crap-out-of you transient. :)

Hi,
A couple of months ago a friend had 2 tickets to the movies. We walked out of Aquaman after 10 minutes. Then the bumblebee transformer movie with John Cena and ended up watching the Mule with Clint Eastwood which was so-so....Mark
that guy is SO ugly! It defies belief as to how he became a celebrity or so-called actor!
