Great NZ film. Good acting, great story and beautiful scenery. The two lead actors are excellent. Nuff said. I watched it on Epix but Prime has it too with the trailer.

  A modern film with cars and comedy and the mob reminds you of an intense drama in NZ's "country" 100 years ago with horses? Not even close....you must be thinking of another movie. If you aren't I'm dumbfounded!

      Geez really, I've seen both and see little similarity. No comedy in Tracker and add the racist behavior toward the Maori. Total stretch. Midnight Runs value is comedic only. It's all a vehicle for DeNiro v Grodin. So much more complexity between protagonist/antagonist due to the past (explained in the film) of each character. Still not close at all not could I see anything but an A or maybe a B.

Tracker sadly one that slipped through the net into obscurity-but superb viewing. Along the same
visceral --and visual punch themes--you should try to see this-based on true episode in New Zealand's dark history go the time-filmed in the dense rainforests of the South Islands West coast.

  Yep, fuck that guy that said I wasn't a Grasp Dealer. He didn't even know my company name. I became a dealer in 2014 when I formed my LLC. What made me leave is the fuck (doublereed) told Rod I wasn't a dealer. Rod didn't seem to believe and I've been here since 2004. What a butthole.
