Bong's problem is trying to push his "message" and symbolism often at the expense of the grand cinematic storytelling and joyful entertainment.
Thus I found Parasite rather boring...

For entertaining Korean cinematic experience, I prefer:

I Saw Devil
Oldboy
My Sassy Girl
The Wailing
Architecture 101
A Moment To Remember
New World
A Bittersweet Life
Sunny
