...tops my list, followed "equally" by: Star Trek, The Twilight Zone (original by Rod Serling), Kung Fu, and Then Came Bronson (Michael Parks).
I left TV viewing mid-90's for the most part, although Married With Children reruns seem to hold my interest better now than when they first aired.
Honorable mentions: I Love lucy, The Smothers Brothers, and Flip Wilson.
Most haunting intro theme song: opening to The Jackie Gleason Show.

But maybe tied by the original Twilight Zone, which was more variable than The Prisoner and did include some distinct "misses".

Just got the volume four.
Excellent.
...since the new remade TV series got panned, and I'm enjoying watching them again.
It reduced the stunning original concept to a soap opera. AMC ought to be ashamed of themselves!
the original's standards - almost glad McGoohan didn't have to see his vision minced into psychological piffle, if what I've read is true.
