In Reply to: RE: One may ask: What is the best TV series you ever saw. I may answer-The best ever? Well- posted by patrickU on December 13, 2009 at 08:20:52
....I've spent many an hour watching, sometimes via the box-sets, and been almost in a depression when they've ended have been;
Dexter.
Battlestar Galactica.
Heroes (but went downhill - was a little like watching a loved relative contract Altzeimers.)
JailBreak (see above).
House.
True Blood.
Today is a gift - that's why it's called the Present.
Best Regards,
Chris Redmond.
Follow Ups:
Battlestar Galactica....Are you sure?
This name comes often...
There was this terrible film, but??
Have you see Wooster & Jeeves?
Was Jeeves & Wooster Hugh Lawrie and Stephen Fry? If not I haven't seen it.
Battlestar does seem to polarize opinion but I find it to be great drama with strong characters which also happens to be sci-fi.
Yes the one with Fry.
Not sure if you know of or have seen, but Stephen Fry and Hugh Lawrie had a long standing comedy series in the UK called 'A bit of Fry and Lawrie' and the Jeeves and Wooster series was a spin off of this, and basically a vehicle for this partnership.

But I look at the sketch and it seem funny, Thank you for the tip.
Now I will find out if they got this CC titles, I need.
If you go to YouTube and search for 'A bit of Fry and Lawrie' there are dozens of sketches for your perusal Patrick.Edit: Lawrie is spelt Laurie.
